This event is open to staff and contractors in Corrective Services NSW and NSW Department of Justice staff.
The Buddha taught psychology and the nature of mind more than 2,500 years ago. According to Buddhist teachings, suffering and unhappiness are attributed to having flaws in our outlook. We go about our daily lives thinking this is how it's meant to be. The Buddha said that there is another way to live and it starts with having a natural curiosity to look at yourself, warts and all.
Daniel will also take you on a guided meditation to cultivate positivity, reduce anxiety and negative emotions, and help with personal healing.
