Mudita means gladness in connection to others and our natural world. Mudita is taking joy in every step in every breath. Daniel Troyak and friends will guide you in taking those joyful steps with meditation, Dharma and a sacred Buddhist ritual to restore, refresh and enhance our wellbeing.

About the Event
Mudita Bushwalks by Buddhist Counselling.
Dan & friends will be meeting at Mount Victoria for nature, hiking, meditation, Dharma and a sacred Buddhist ritual. Our groups are small and we offer a limited number of spaces so book quickly.
All proceeds on this bushwalk will go to supporting Social Buddy. Buddhist Counselling is proud to partner up with Social Buddy to provide friendship video calls to people suffering from loneliness and social isolation in the community.
We are meeting in the car park at the end of Victoria Falls Road and the bushwalk will set off at 11 am sharp.
Essential:
- Wear very warm clothes
- Bring snacks and water
- Appropriate hiking footwear
- Something to sit on for meditation
- Have wet weather gear just in case
- This bushwalk is moderate to hard. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended
